CUSTOMER CARE

(that is, the natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his/her professional activity, and does not make the purchase by indicating in the order a VAT number reference) 1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

1.1. The following conditions of sale govern, together with the “Shipping and delivery” section, the On-Line sale of products and services (sale of fashion accessories) of albachiara S.r.l., with registered office in San Lazzaro di Savena (BO), Via Salvo D’Acquisto n. 1 (tel: 051.4111819 - e-mail: customer@albachiarasrl.com), which operates on the internet through its website www.albachiara.fashion addressed exclusively in accordance with the Consumer Code to "Consumer" Customers.

1.2. The products offered for sale can only be purchased and shipped to Italy and Europe.

1.3. The acceptance of the order by albachiara S.r.l. is automatic, since it is an IT system. However, albachiara S.r.l. reserves the right not to execute orders from non-consumer buyers or if it does not have the availability of the product in stock, notifying the buyer by the same means of acceptance of the order, within 30 days from the sending of the same.

1.4. Furthermore, any contractual or extra-contractual liability of the company for direct or indirect damages to people and / or things caused by the non-execution, even partial, of an order is excluded.

1.5. These sales conditions, as well as the "Shipping and delivery" section, can be changed at any time at the discretion of albachiara S.r.l. Each order is governed by the conditions in force on the day the order is sent.

1.6. The purchase of the Products on the Site is allowed only to those who have turned 18 years.

1.7. The sale of the Products on the Site constitutes a distance contract governed by articles 50 and ss. of the Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 ("Consumer Code") and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70, containing the discipline of electronic commerce.

2. SALES CONTRACT

2.1. Products are purchased by accessing the site and registering them with the creation of a personal account. By registering, the User provides personal information to albachiara S.r.l. by entering them in a specific section of the website, in order to reach areas of the website with restricted access and in order to purchase the good. albachiara S.r.l. is therefore authorized to use the personal information provided by the purchaser for the aforementioned purposes and for the purposes of commercial information addressed to the purchaser.

2.2. The transmission to albachiara S.r.l. of the online order and the payment of the requested fee constitutes full acceptance of these general terms and conditions and of the section "Shipping and delivery".

2.3. For all legal purposes, however, it will be understood that the User / Customer has read and accepted the general conditions of sale, the "Shipping and delivery" section as well as the rules for access and use of the site indicated in the user registration phase in the CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY section, ticking the "I have read and accepted the general conditions of sale" field with a click, as well as the "Shipping and delivery" section.

2.4. The confirmation of the correct receipt of the order is automatic and takes place by e-mail, by means of a message sent to the e-mail address communicated by the customer at the time of registration. This confirmation message will contain an "order number", to be used in the event of any communication with the company. The message will contain all the data entered by the customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections.

2.5. The contract is concluded when the Customer receives from albachiara S.r.l. the Confirmation of the Order acceptance and ends with the delivery of the product and the exact payment of the due.
