ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

3. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

3.1 The prices of the goods purchased are those indicated on the website of albachiara S.r.l. on the date of the order. All costs that the customer must bear (price of the goods, shipping / delivery or postage costs) are highlighted on the site. For any additional payments an express consent will be requested before order confirmation.

3.2 All the prices on the site are to be intended as retail prices including VAT.

3.3 The final cost for the Customer, including VAT and shipping costs, will be communicated to the Customer in the online purchase process before he finishes the order by choosing the "Confirm" option from the order summary page.

3.4 The bank that takes care of the transaction will authorize the payment through the debit of the amount concerning the purchase made together with the conclusion of the online transaction.

3.5 Our site accepts payments made with the main credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and payments through PAYPAL.

3.6 Payments are made with maximum data security and confidentiality. When making payment by credit card, the customer is connected directly from the site to a secure page (SSL) of the website of the bank that deals with the online transaction. This page contains the most advanced security protocols currently available to authenticate payments on the web and the CV2 Code, a code consisting of the last three digits on the back of the credit card, which allows you to verify that who is making the payment is actually in possession of the card.

3.7 The data entered by the customer and the credit card data are not accessible by albachiara S.r.l. or in any case by third parties, neither when placing the order nor in subsequent times. No computer archive of albachiara S.r.l. keep this data. In no case albachiara S.r.l. can therefore be held responsible for any fraudulent and undue use of credit cards by third parties, when paying for products purchased on the Site.

4 ARCHIVING THE CONTRACT AND MODALITIES OF ACCESS TO THE SAME

4.1 Orders received are stored electronically within the albachiara S.r.l. server, the registered user can access the orders and check the status of them by consulting, from the User Menu, the Your Purchases section, or by sending an email through the Contact section of the site, as a "guest user", without registration.

5 CORRECTION OF ERRORS BEFORE THE DEFINTIVE SEND OF THE ORDER

5.1 For each order it is possible to modify or correct any errors during the whole purchase process, in particular:

• inside the shopping cart it is possible to modify the ordered quantities and remove the inserted items.
• within the Order Summary it is possible to modify the data concerning billing, delivery and payment.
• within the secure page (SSL) of the Bank's Internet site that deals with the online transaction, it is always possible to cancel the transaction and return to the shopping cart of albachiara S.r.l. website.
6 DELIVERY METHODS

6.1. For each order received, albachiara S.r.l. issues a Transport Document (DDT), which is transmitted to the carrier who will deliver the goods, the DDT also contains the information necessary for identifying the Customer.

6.2. The Carriers used for deliveries are defined from time to time according to the type of product purchased. Please refer to the Shipping and Delivery section for details of this phase.

6.3. Delivery costs are charged to the customer and are indicated when the order is placed.

7. INVOICING

7.1. albachiara S.r.l. will issue a specific tax invoice for each order, headed to the natural or legal person who carried out the order; the invoice will be delivered by e-mail in PDF format to the e-mail address indicated during registration or in the Contact section in case of unregistered guest user. The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided to albachiara S.r.l. for billing purposes.

7.2. Once issued, in compliance with current legislation, the invoice cannot be modified subsequently.
