If you click on the "let me know when product is available" button, you will receive a notification email when the product is once more in stock.
You can pay in two different ways :
As a registered user, you can login onto the site by using your email address and password.
Then click on "Check out" to confirm these details, or modify them.
Then once you have chosen your preferred payment method, you can confirm your order.
As an unregistered user, a "guest", you can order by providing your name, surname, telephone number, addresses (delivery and billing). Then follow the same procedure for registered clients detaied above.
Then you will be asked to choose from one of the possible payment methods, and then provide name, surname and email address for confirmation of your order.
Yes you can return a product free, but only if it is complete and intact (including the hangtags). Therefore you are advised to retain the shipment notes and documents that are included in every delivery package.
You can return a product whether you are a registered client or not. "Guest" clients can visit the "Returns Section" of the website: here you will find the relevant form to complete, for which you will need to supply the original order number, email address and reason for returning the product.
Registered customers can go to the "My Account" section of the website. In each case, you will be asked to complete the product return form.
Please note the section "Right to withdraw from a purchase", since the right to return a product is exercised by sending a registered letter to albachiara S.r.l., San Lazzaro di Savena, Via Salvo D'Acquisto n°1, ZIP 40068.
Through the same courier with which you received the goods, by ordering the picking up by phone at your home or dropping the goods at a courier's service point in your area.
