SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1. The delivery of the products takes place at home by specialized courier. This service is guaranteed only if there is the possibility of reaching the place of delivery indicated by the purchaser passing between the door frames and through the use of a lift, goods lift, or in any case stairs with dimensions and capacity suitable for the passage and lifting of the products.

2. If even one of the aforementioned conditions does not exist, delivery will be made to street level, without further obligations for albachiara S.r.l.

3. Delivery times expected from the dispatch of the order of:

3/4 working days for Italy, excluding islands and remote areas (Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, for which 7 working days are scheduled);
- 4/5 working days for Europe, with the exception of Great Britain (for which 7 working days are scheduled).

The term is indicative and not peremptory; delivery will in any case be carried out within the legal term of 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. If, due to unavailability of the product in the warehouse, the 30-day deadline cannot be respected, within the same term albachiara S.r.l. it informs the buyer with the same means of confirming the order and refunds the sums paid by the buyer.

• Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday
• The cost of the service is indicated during the order formation phase
• For orders over € 200, shipping is free.
4. The Customer is required to verify the condition of the packages before acceptance. The goods travel for the account and risk of the customer. Any damage must be reported no later than the legal deadline of two months from the discovery of the defect.

5. albachiara S.r.l. is not liable for damages caused by the delay in the delivery of the products.
